Microsoft Launches Paid Version of Microsoft Forms

You can, for example, have automated surveys sent out to your customers based on customer events, like when a lead if qualified in Dynamics 365. It also integrated with Power BI, so you can easily get a bunch of reports based on the data from surveys.
